In the early morning of May 29th, 1914, the Norwegian collier Storstad, off Sainte-Luce sur Mer, Québec, rammed the C.P.R. Steamship Empress of Ireland. In 14 minutes, she disappears beneath the waves along with 1012 souls. For 50 years, she lay undisturbed in her watery grave.

Without a question, the St. Lawrence Seaway, from Brockville, Ontario to Alexandria Bay, N.Y., holds some of the best wreck dives available. Great visibility and relatively warm water make it a wreck divers paradise.
The crown jewel of this region is the "Jodrey". A 640 foot Algoma Steel Ore Company ship; she sank November 20th, 1972, after striking a shoal and making a futile attempt to beach on the southern shore of Wellesley Island. She lays between 160 feet and 242 feet in front of the U.S. Coast Guard Station.
Our professional international team offers you all inclusive "LIVE ABOARD"
diving on this and other wrecks including theKeystorm and America. Rather than being limited to "land based day boats", we have chosen to remain "at sea" 24 hours a day. This ensures minimum travel time, minimum physical effort, and maximum dive time.
Your personalized expedition will include use of the best possible breathing gases, logistics and guidance. Further, your trip may allow for NAUI technical certifications at either the diver or instructor level (see list NAUI Technical Diver Courses, NAUI Tech Ops page).

While our vessel is not at a dive site, we will lay at anchor at the most beautiful sites in the Thousand Islands. Awake in a quiet secluded cove, have lunch at Jordstat Castle and see the sunset over Boldt Castle. |
